U.S. scientists maintain that astronauts who spend months in space undergo a much bigger reduction in the strength of bones than it was believed before. To prevent this, they should go into physical training, eat products rich in calcium, and exposed to ultra-violet rays. Scientists said that if astronauts do not take preventive measures, they may have fractures decades after flights.
